Baltimore Traffic Alert: Road Closures in Locust Point for Star-Spangled Banner Parade (Fri, Sept 11)

If you're planning to travel through Locust Point this Friday (Sept. 11, 2026), please be advised of upcoming traffic modifications and potential delays due to the Star-Spangled Banner Weekend Parade:

  * Parade Timing and Route: The parade begins at 7:00 pm. Participants will stage at 1000 Hull Street, travel south on Hull Street, and turn left onto eastbound Fort Avenue to proceed toward Fort McHenry.
